Most users are fully set up in under 20 minutes. Create your account, add your company info, and start scanning receipts or adding customers. There's no complex onboarding — just start using it.

For most solo contractors and small crews, yes — especially SnapLedger combined with JobTrail Pro. You get receipt scanning, P&L reports, tax-ready exports, and everything you need day-to-day. If your accountant specifically requires QuickBooks file imports, SnapLedger can export a CSV they can work with. We're not a full enterprise accounting suite, but we handle everything a working contractor actually needs.

SnapLedger uses AI (Google Gemini) to scan receipt photos and automatically extract vendor, amount, date, and category — no manual typing. JobTrail Pro uses AI for email triage (sorting leads and invoices from your connected inbox), and for smart categorization and matching. The AI works in the background so you don't need to know anything about it — just take a photo.

Yes — fully. SIRITI.AI is built mobile-first. It runs in your phone's browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android) with no app to download. The interface is designed for touch. Most contractors do 90% of their work on their phone: scan receipts, add jobs, sign documents, and view reports — all from the job site.

Yes. On iPhone: open in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android: tap the three-dot menu in Chrome, then "Add to Home Screen." It will behave like an app with a custom icon.

SIRITI.AI requires an internet connection to sync data. However, most features (viewing jobs, checking financials) are fast to load and work on any cellular connection. We recommend connecting to WiFi for bulk receipt uploads.

Yes. When you send a contract for signing, your customer receives an email with a link. They open it on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop — read the contract, draw their signature with their finger, and submit. The signature is saved and you're notified immediately.

Take a photo of any receipt with your phone camera. SIRITI.AI sends it through AI (Google Gemini) which reads the vendor name, amount, date, and best-fit category. You review the result, correct anything if needed, and save. The average receipt scan takes about 5 seconds.

Yes. You can create separate company accounts and switch between them. All data is isolated by company — receipts, expenses, and reports stay separate. This is useful for LLCs, partnerships, or if you manage finances for multiple entities.

Yes. SnapLedger includes a Tax Package export that produces a formatted CSV of your income and expenses by category, ready to hand to your accountant or import into accounting software. You can also export individual ledger views.

Every scan shows you a review screen before saving. You can edit any field — vendor, amount, category, date — before confirming. Receipts that are too blurry or damaged will show a lower confidence score, prompting you to review carefully.

The pipeline tracks every job from first contact to final payment: Unscheduled → Ordering Materials → Scheduled → In Progress → Completed → Invoiced → Paid. Each stage shows you exactly what needs to happen next. You can move jobs forward with one tap, and the system keeps a full history of every status change.

You click "Send Contract for Signing" on any job. Your customer gets an email with a secure link (valid 7 days). They open it on any device, read the contract, draw their signature with a finger or mouse, and submit. You're notified instantly, and the signed contract is stored in the customer's file. The deposit invoice is triggered automatically.

JobTrail Pro can generate: Invoice, Deposit Receipt, Service Contract, Completion Certificate (with embedded signature), and Warranty Card. Each customer gets a private portal link where they can view their job status, payment history, documents, and photos. They log in with a 6-digit code texted or emailed to them — no password to remember. This reduces "where are you in the job?" phone calls dramatically.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Receipt images and documents are stored with restricted access. We perform daily backups. Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Yes. You can export your ledger, receipts, customer list, and financial reports at any time from your account settings. Exports are in CSV format, compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.

Only you (and team members you invite) can access your account. SIRITI.AI staff do not have access to your financial data unless you specifically request support and grant temporary access. Audit logs track all access.

When you cancel, your account switches to read-only mode for 90 days — you can still log in and export all your data. After 90 days, data is deleted per our retention policy. We recommend exporting before cancelling.

Yes — JobTrail Pro supports multiple users. You can invite field techs (can update job status and add photos), managers (can create jobs, send contracts, manage payments), and owners (full access). SnapLedger is single-user per account.

No. Role-based access controls ensure field staff only see what they need: job address, status, schedule, and photos. Financial data (deposits, invoices, payment amounts) is restricted to manager and owner roles.

Yes. All status changes, document actions (contract sent, signed, PDF downloaded), and payment records include timestamps and user attribution. The owner can see who did what and when.
